Corundum Mullite Based Dense Castable For Blast Furnace Iron Runner
Introduction
The product has good slag resistance, good thermal shock stability, long service life, convenient use and simple construction, which significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
The blast furnace tapping groove is a passage through which high-temperature molten iron or slag flows. The refractory lining should have the following characteristics:
(1) strong resistance to erosion and scouring of molten iron and slag;
(2) good thermal shock resistance and re-burning volume
(3) strong anti-oxidation ability;
(4) easy to construct, can be quickly baked without bursting, easy to repair and dismantle;
(5) when used, no harmful gas, no sticky iron, long life. These features make them complementary and should be compatible with each other.
