Sound Proofing Thermal Insulation Rock Wool Board Building Materials

Product overview

We produce rock wool by choosing basalt, diabase, and dolomite as main raw materials. Raw materials are melt in blast furnace where the temperature is above 1400℃. Under the bottom of a blast furnace, the melt flows into the four-roller centrifuge where it comes out fibers by high-speed centrifugation. Then a small number of thermosetting adhesives and additives are sprayed to fibers and spread rock wool onto the conveyor belt by pendulum method. By curing oven molding, it could be made into board, blanket, tube or belt which has different specification and application.
