High temperature resistant calcium silicate board(calcium silicate board for short)is made of high temperature resistant Xonotlite in calcium silicate hydrate and reinforced fibre,whose highest using temperature is 1000℃.
As a backing insulating materials,they have a very marked effect of energy conservation,as a result of less accumulation of heat and bigger heat protection.
Long life : Under used temperature,the boards do not shrink,out of shape and turning powder out,and keeping insulated performance to end.
Application
Liner heat insulation for Preheater,wind pipe,coverof kiln,cooling machine in cement industry.
Electrolyzing cell in nonferrous metal industry.
Heating furnace,soaking pit,annealer,high temperature flue in metallurgy industry.
Heating furnace,ethylene pyrolyzer,hydrogenation oven and aromatic oven in petroleum industry.
PRODUCT FEATURES
